 After approval by the
client, a kick-off meeting is usually held to review and tune the
project plan in detail. Additionally, concepts are shown to
the client.As such, the client is given a good overall picture of how the final product will be executed. Because the client is provided with multiple concepts, all the included aspects that appeal to him, are combined in to a definitive concept. |

After approval by the client, the project
execution stage is entered, in which all the product functionality
is processed and the definitive concept evolves into a
fully-fledged final product.
